Handyperson
Location Tilbury, RM18
Working - Monday to Friday, 7am till 3:30pm
Starting - ASAP
Duration 12 weeks/temp to perm
Hourly Rate £17.40ph via umbrella (no cis/ltd).
Carry out Fabric Technician duties, such as but not limited to:
Maintenance / repair to joinery
Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
(PPM s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
Repairs and modifications to tiling
Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.
