Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday All year round

• Provide hands-on support across multiple nursery settings
• Champion the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of children, families, and staff
• Support and model outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms
• Manage medication and care plans with diligence and empathy
• Motivate and mentor teams with creativity and consistency
• Maintain accurate records using the EyMan system
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness

What You'll Bring:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification - essential
• Must have a Valid Driving Licence
• Leadership experience in an early years setting - essential
• 1+ year in Early Years - essential
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding - essential
• Level 5 qualification in Childcare or Leadership - desirable
• Experience achieving Good or Outstanding in Ofsted - desirable
