Electrical Project Manager

Are you an Electrical Project Manager with experience working for a principal contractors on building services works such as lighting, security, comms and CCTV?

Do you have either an Electrical Degree or City & Guilds Qualifications?

Contract Rate: £400/day Outside IR35.

Location: Westminster - 3-5 days required on site.

Contract Length: 8 months, likely extensions.

Role Details:
My client is a leading electrical contractor acting as Principal Contractor on a £1.5m project in Central London, looking for a Project Manager to support the works.

For this role, you will be responsible for cable tracing works, walkway MEP works, and associated minor civils. Due to the smaller value of the works, you will be required to be hands on with the project helping out with the associated engineering works alongside managing the projects. These engineering responsibilities will also be shared with the Construction Manager on the project.
