• Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience or interest in working with children with additional needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A patient, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help children thrive
• A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
