Seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager with a background in maintenance to join a family run FM business near Braintree, Essex.

The ideal M&E Contracts Manager will have experience looking after up to 20 maintenance contracts with strong commercial maintenance knowledge.

The below package is on offer for the right candidate.

• 60,000 base salary (DOE)
• Free travel (Oyster card covering all zones)
• Annual bonus
• 28 days holiday
