As a Supply HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students, helping to deliver high-quality education. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading whole-class learning in the absence of a teacher.

• Supporting small groups and individual students.

• Assisting with lesson planning and preparation.

• Providing classroom and behavioural management.

• Adapting teaching strategies to meet student needs.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification (or extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant with additional responsibilities).

• Experience working in a primary in a school setting.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
