Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Ridgeway & Co are currently seeking a talented individual to join a leading main contractor with a strong focus on commercial and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project success.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Implement health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or public sector projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
