Air Conditioning Engineer

2X NEW Air Conditioning Engineers required (Install, Service or Multi options on offer) -
Monday to Friday, 4PM finishes, plus overtime
OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR NO CALL OUT ON REPAIRS TEAM!
Starting salaries on offer from £38K to £55K, depending on experience

This is working for a great M&E Building Services employer, with over 45 staff in/ around London. They are expanding due to commercial contract growth, so require new AC Engineers on the close knit team.

What benefits will the new AC Engineer enjoy?

• This employer are very understanding that everyone is different Some people will want to be involved in a call out rota to enjoy additional earnings But some people will have family commitments, and therefore this isn't compulsory!
• If choosing to be enrolled in their call out rota you'll be paid for a minimum of 4 hours regardless of how long you are out. Premium's and a £150 retainer are also provided.
• You will receive a company van, plus a fuel card.
• 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing to 25 days holiday with service.
• You are also paid for your hour lunch.

What type of work can you expect to be doing?

• Key clients include; High end gyms, car showrooms, well known retailers, branded offices, and other prestigious buildings.
• Most work is in central London.
• Types of equipment you'll work on include; VRVs, VRFs, splits, and multis. (Sometimes on fairly large scales).

What are the requirements?

• 3+ Years experience F-gas qualified, working in an Air Conditioning Engineer position
• Drivers license
• Commutable to London daily
