Job Requirements/Description

This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week.

To support the provision of high-quality development activity across the practice. In particular, this role will support the implementation and ongoing management of our new LMS, including:

  • Setting up and maintaining learning pathways and journeys
  • Creating new training content to specifications, using our state of the art AI content creator tool
  • Developing and modernising existing training content
  • Dealing with user queries on the LMS
About the role
  • Supporting the LMS system implementation, including the creation of learning journeys and checking all links are working correctly
  • Ongoing maintenance of the LMS, including the correction of people data and links within it
  • Responding to LMS user queries and provide further training on the system if required
  • Creating unique content on the LMS, to a specific brief, to be signed off by the Head of L&D
  • Discussing training needs with senior people in Key service Lines and taking briefs from them which can be converted to relevant content
  • Using reporting and metrics within the system to measure the success of development activities, and making recommendations to KSLs and the Head of L&D based on these metrics
  • Running training campaigns for the Head of L&D and KSLs
  • Supporting the Head of L&D and Student Manager with other related L&D activity, including the support of our students
  • Working collaboratively with the broader People Team to identify, design and deliver training and development content

  • A strong verbal communicator, with the ability to build constructive and positive relationships up to Partner level.
  • Confident across a range of technology solutions, including game based technology
  • Evidence of the ability to create learning content and to deliver to a very specific learning need
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to view a problem from different perspectives in order to identify the best solution for the business.
