Head of Project Delivery London / WFH to £125k

Do you have expertise with software delivery combined with team leadership skills?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on leadership role at a fast growing, global insurance underwriting technology provider that focusses on cybersecurity insurance markets.

As the Head of Project Delivery you'll ensure that the right methodologies are embedded within teams across the organisation, providing mentoring and coaching on how to optimise their effectiveness, helping them to identify and solve problems to enhance efficiency and remove any impediments or blockers. You'll seek continuous improvements to Agile processes e.g. reduced batch size, removal of waste, lean thinking, better testing, cross organisational teams and be responsible for the incremental transformation of delivery.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work form home model with three days a week in the London, City office.

About you:

• You have a thorough knowledge of Agile principles and experience of employing them to drive efficiencies and scalability in software delivery combined with a good knowledge of Waterfall and the pragmatism to use the right methodology for the project
• You have experience within the Insurance industry / underwriting
• You have advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience of engaging and influencing senior board members
• You have experience of helping teams to deliver improvements to their own processes
• You have experience of providing line management, coaching and mentoring
• You're able to accelerate resolution of challenges, blockers and impediments to efficient delivery
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
