An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Wanstead. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will handle a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
Sales and purchases
New builds
Re-mortgages
Help to buy and shared ownership
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions and unregistered properties

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
Strong ability to manage cases independently
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
A proactive approach to business development and networking
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with LEAP case management software (desirable)

Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
