Salary 35-40,000 PLUS Annual Bonus

HYBRID 60% office 40% home.

Location - Bishops Stortford with travel to their London office once a week!

Our client, a prestigious organisation with offices in London & abroad. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Human Resources Advisor to join their vibrant HR team. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and interpret HR policies and procedures, offering guidance as needed.
• Co-ordinate recruitment processes for new hires at all levels, including drafting adverts, CV selection, interviews, and employment offers.
• Manage the early careers programme, encompassing Trainee Solicitor placements, apprenticeships, and work experience opportunities.
• Oversee the renewal of employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and relevance.
• Manage family leave in compliance with legislation, including return-to-work familiarisation.
• Coordinate the annual pay review and bonus process, including documentation and HRIS updates.
• Oversee the performance review process, providing necessary advice and guidance.
• Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance and absences, conducting return-to-work interviews and referrals.
• Act as the HRIS administrator, ensuring records are up to date and generating management report.
