Location: Covering Hertfordshire & Cambridge

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 43,000 Per annum.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering
• Building Services experience
• Experience within a similar role

Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board a mobile mechanical engineer to cover a mixed commercial contract across Hertfordshire & Cambridge. This role comes with a 1 in 5 callout. The contract consists of high end commercial offices as well as government sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
