Associate Director - Fund Monitoring

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in their London office. This firm is well established within the development and construction sector and is known for its expertise in delivering high quality monitoring and advisory services across both residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will take a key leadership role within the London monitoring team, supporting and guiding a group of experienced professionals responsible for delivering accurate, commercially focused monitoring reports. You will work closely with a first class client base of lenders and investors, providing advice across a range of complex and high value developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and mentor members of the monitoring team within the London office. Deliver and oversee fund and bank monitoring instructions across residential and commercial developments. Build and maintain relationships with a broad client base of lenders, funds and investors. Produce detailed financial, risk and progress reports at all stages of development. Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the monitoring service line.

Requirements:

Proven background within Fund Monitoring, ideally from a consultancy or client side role. Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction projects. MRICS essential Confident communicator with strong client management and reporting skills. Ambition to progress into senior leadership - clear career progression is on offer.
