This role supports residents across the Bexhill area, helping them apply for disability grants and access the support they need to live independently.What the role involves:

• Visiting clients in their homes to assist with grant applications (such as Disability Facilities Grants)
• Providing guidance and support throughout the entire application process
• Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and other agencies
• Carrying out basic admin and record-keeping tasks
