A leading global Commercial Real Estate & Building Consultancy is looking for a confident and driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office, just minutes from Liverpool Street Station.

This is a key appointment in one of the consultancy's busiest sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured residential projects and ambitious growth plans for the future.

• Take the lead on high-profile residential schemes across Greater London & the South East, including high-rise developments, regeneration, and build-to-rent projects.
• Work directly with the Head of Cost Management, gaining autonomy to manage projects, clients, and junior staff from day one.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• MRICS, or a commitment to completing it.
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• A successful track record of delivering Residential projects from start to finish.
• The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
• Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level.
