My client in Croydon are looking to appoint a talented ER Advisor on a Contract basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide first line Human Resources advice and support to
Trust employees and managers, in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures and good employment practices.

About the role:
Based in Croydon (Hybrid):
- Interpret and advise managers on Trust policies to ensure compliance, whilst offering general HR advice
- To take a leading role on advising and supporting managers in effectively managing probation and ensuring the correct procedure is followed
- To produce own and support the process of collation of packs for formal sickness, Flexible working and other ER Hearings
- To support with taking and transcribing notes / minutes of formal Employee Relations Meetings and Hearings
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment law relating to employee relations
- Understanding the challenges facing the NHS
- Local Authority experience is essential
