Aerospace Customer Service

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Aerospace Customer Service person for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Job Description:-

• Customer Services (Telephone and E-Mail)
• Keeping clients up to date with their shipment status including; flight and customs delays and proof of deliveries
• Keep clients updated on services company can offer
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices
• Provide quotes to customers
• Monitor all shipments.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
