Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy Market

Our Client is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Billericay, working with a wide-ranging client base across the UK. The business continues to grow rapidly, particularly within the Accountancy & Professional Services division, where demand from clients far outweighs the number of quality candidate profiles currently available. As a result, Our Client is looking to strengthen the team with a recruiter who is confident, proactive, and motivated by results.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Accountancy team, supporting a busy desk with live roles nationwide. This is an opportunity to work with an established client base, not a cold-start role, and to genuinely make an impact by improving candidate quality and delivery speed.

The successful candidate will be:

• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to candidates at all levels
• Highly capable of sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Skilled at spotting strong CVs and understanding what clients actually need
• Organised, driven, and resilient in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in accountancy recruitment, or
• A background in professional services / office-based recruitment

• Competitive salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
