They build approximately 100 homes annually, ranging from bespoke luxury homes to family homes and superior collections of apartments! They are now on the lookout for an experienced Planning Manager to join team!

About the role as a Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager you will support business growth and reporting to the Head of Land & Planning. The role involves providing planning advice, managing land interests, and securing viable planning consents. Responsibilities include leading planning applications, promoting sites through Local Plans, and contributing to the company's continued success as a high-quality SME housebuilder.

Essential Criteria for the Planning Manager

• Degree in town planning or a related field.
• MRTPI or MRICS (P&D) preferred.
• Experience managing planning applications and appeals for residential development.
• Knowledge of strategic land promotion through Local Plans.
• Full UK driving licence required
