The Ward Manager will:- Provide leadership and mentorship to the General Surgery Ward team.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical competence.
- Manage daily operations and adhere to budgetary guidelines.

- Participate in forums to drive continuous improvement.

- A management qualification is preferred but not essential.
