Conversion Manager

I'm looking for a Conversion Manager to join a prestigious higher education institution in London. This hybrid role offers a salary of 40k- 44.5k and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in student communications, recruitment events, and conversion strategies.

Your Role:

You will lead communications and activities to convert postgraduate offer holders into enrolled students from around the world. This includes managing in-person and virtual recruitment events, student ambassador initiatives, and online student communities. You'll also play a strategic role in CRM and digital engagement, designing an engaging applicant journey to maximise conversion rates.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience in student recruitment, conversion, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of delivering successful events and engagement strategies.
• A proactive approach to analysing and improving conversion activities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across an institution.
