About The Role

We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our teamat Elvar House, Surrey.

We are looking for acompassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team.As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals withsevere learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role inhelping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in dailyactivities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a companyvehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to communityactivities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive thecompany vehicle you must have held a full UK drivers licence or havebeen driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
