TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Design Manager for a growing mechanical contractor that specialise in projects within the commercial fit-out and healthcare sectors.

They are looking for an individual that can take an initial design from either early planning stage (limited info but employers requirements to work from) or early stage 2 design all the way through to construction issue.

• Comprehensive and detailed HVAC calculations
• Run thermal models and heat loads calculations
• Detailed equipment selections
• Create detailed CAD / working drawings
