Senior Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for one of our clients who are expanding rapidly and looking to hire a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside warehouse team undertaking warehouse duties as well as supervising and supporting staff
• Order picking, packing, stock control, and health & safety
• Prioritise workloads and ensure timely despatch of orders
• Train team members and complete performance assessments
• Manage stock accuracy, resolve queries, and oversee courier collections
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Solid & consistent background within warehousing
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
• Positive, solutions-driven, and open to improvement ideas
• Confident using systems (Word, Excel, browsers)
• A team player who thrives under pressure
