The role of Pre-Offer Case Manager is central to the success of the mortgage application journey. Working closely with departments such as Sales, Risk and Underwriting, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently through to the offer stage.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
- Act as the first point of contact for queries on mortgage applications
- Provide accurate updates and resolve queries efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet business requirements
- Monitor application progress and ensure system accuracy
- Pre-approve valuation reports and supplementary documents
