Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Sports/Sales Background Preferred

Location: Clapham, LondonSalary:£25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: £40-50k)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage with candidates and clients across a variety of industries

• Source, interview and prep candidates for roles in sales, tech, and finance

• Build and manage your own candidate pipeline

• Handle client briefs and pitch your best candidates

• Work toward weekly billing targets with a structured support plan
