The Role:

We are seeking a caring and proactive individual to:

Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Help adapt classroom materials and activities to support access to the curriculum.

Build trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.

Monitor and report on progress and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting (desirable).

Ideally have experience with SENA warm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
