Our client in London is a Collegiate University with a diverse estates portfolio. They are seeking an interim M&E Mobilisation Manager for up to 6 months with a view to extend. You will be responsible specifically for supporting the University in getting one of their new buildings from construction to business-as-usual maintenance, i.e. mastermind the development of a hard FM Maintenance team/service from a starting point of zero. You will also be responsible for Statutory Compliance and Reporting reviewing and ensuring the University, via its M&E Service Partner is fully compliant with its statutory obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of mobilising a hard FM Maintenance team/service from a starting point of zero within a public sector estate, ideally higher education. You will have experience managing M&E Service Partners, ensuring a quality service and value for money. Relevant technical qualifications within mechanical / electrical building services are a necessity (e.g. HNC / HND).
This interim assignment will be up to 6 months initially with a view to extend.
