SEN Tutor (Flexible Hours: 1-1 Support)

Location: Havering, East London
Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Part-Time Flexible Hours

What You'll do:

• Deliver personalised tuition in Functional Skills, Maths or English, adapted to each learner's needs.
• Use creative strategies to support children with complex SEN profiles.
• Work closely with families and schools to ensure holistic progress.
• Build a rapport and boost confidence through consistent, meaningful engagement.

What You Need:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with SEN
• Experience teaching or tutoring Functional Skills, Maths and/or English
• Right to work in the UK
• Have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable:

• SEN Qualifications, ABA experience or previous work as a SENCO.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS.
