Assess learning objectives have been achieved
Ability to evaluate pupil performance in line with the National Curriculum standards
Provide regular written and verbal feedback
Maintain a creative learning environment for all pupils
Establish a strong working relationship with colleagues
Identify pupils who may have particular learning needs and put appropriate plans in place
Set clear learning targets
Responsibility to monitor safeguarding

KS2 Teacher - person specification

UK QTS
Experience of working in a UK primary school
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Passion for child development
Ability to manage your own workload
Desire to incorporate cross-curricular skills
EAL experience would be beneficial due to the diverse school community
