We are seeking a dedicated Travel and Tourism teacher to join on an ongoing temp basis. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for developing engaging educational environments.

Day-to-day of the role of a Travel and Tourism Lecturer:

  • Design and deliver engaging teaching materials, including slides and classroom activities, utilising existing resources where possible.
  • Conduct lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Mark learners' work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
  • Use technology and virtual learning tools effectively to enhance the educational experience.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Travel and Tourism Lecturer role:

  • To hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • To deliver, Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew, Level 2 Diploma in Travel and Tourism as well as, Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • Proficient in current Maths and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Open-minded and positive attitude towards the use of technology in education.
