- Lead and manage the operational maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable and compliant maintenance of all building services.
- Develop a customer-focused engineering team through coaching and management.
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet operational needs and customer expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the team and external contractors to maintain high standards.
- Ensure accurate recording and management of maintenance data for all assets
