Building Surveyor - Contract

Are you a Contract Building Surveyor looking for your next role?

We are working on behalf of a consultancy based in South East London, seeking an experienced Contract Building Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, providing high-quality services to clients in the property and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of specifications and tender documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Producing pricing documents to support project budgets and cost analysis.
• Managing contract administration, including extensions of time, final accounts, and handling instructions and variations effectively.
• Delivering high-standard work across various residential projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and other property enhancements.

Requirements:

• MRICS preferred not essential.
• Proven experience in the residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract admin, building specifications, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Salary & Benefits:

• £400 - £450 per day.
