• £35,000 basic salary
• Tiered commission: 30-50% based on performance

• Receive and manage high-quality leads
• Conduct initial calls, present terms, and complete research
• Pass cases to paraplanners for processing
• Advise across all mortgage types including bridging, development finance, equity release, and secured loans

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced brokerage
• Hungry, money-motivated, and able to keep up with demand
• Must live within 1 hour of the Surrey office
