Are you passionate about driving business change and improving supply chain performance? Join our dynamic team at UK Power Networks as a Continuous Improvement Analyst and make a significant impact on our Capital Programme and Procurement initiatives.
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to support a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the way UK Power Networks delivers business change. You will be based in one of our regional offices in the Eastern, London, or Southern regions, such as Bury St Edmunds, London, Maidstone, Crawley, or Borehamwood amongst others. This permanent role offers a salary based on location, with London at 38,892, Southern at 34,891, and Eastern at 31,426, plus a 3% bonus. After a six-month probationary period, you can enjoy blended working with three days in the office and two remote.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Procurement Reporting Analyst to gather and present data on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives. You will produce clear and meaningful reports on project progress to management, take a lead role on selected business improvement initiatives, applying project delivery practices to produce positive outcomes, support the Continuous Improvement Manager on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, develop and deliver metrics for key vendors in the supply chain, such as contract performance packs and compliance reporting, monitor and drive supply chain improvements with internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Team as needed, identify areas requiring additional analysis and develop reports to meet this need, and ensure contingency arrangements are in place for the role and provide support and cover for other team activities.
