You will be tasked with the following -
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organisation by providing tailored support and functional training.
- Develop and implement training programmes to increase staff proficiency in Salesforce and improve engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure staff confidence in using Salesforce effectively.
- Create user guides, documentation, and self-service resources to assist staff with common Salesforce tasks and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance CRM integration with other services and systems.
- Propose and implement strategies to improve CRM effectiveness in supporting the my clients outreach and engagement goals.
- Oversee data access permissions and monitor security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational data protection policies through regular reviews and audits.
- Manage and configure the clients Salesforce CRM and related databases to meet organisational needs.
- Perform regular system updates, data integrity checks, and audits to ensure reliability.
