Signature Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Lettings Coordinator for a respected London property organisation. This full-time temporary role pays £20.80 per hour, runs for approximately three months, and offers the potential to extend.

This is an immediate start opportunity within a collaborative, professional property team known for its high standards and supportive working culture. You'll play a key role in keeping lettings processes seamless - managing enquiries, arranging viewings, and maintaining compliance and documentation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, with the possibility of hybrid working after the initial period. Lettings Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to lettings enquiries from prospective and existing tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare new listings for marketing and update internal systems.
  • Manage tenancy administration and key security processes with accuracy.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Support senior lettings colleagues with compliance and administrative coordination.
Lettings Coordinator - Key Skills:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in residential lettings or a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong client-facing confidence.
  • Highly organised and able to manage changing priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, professional, and motivated to grow within the property sector.
  • Experience using property management systems such as Horizon or Cube is desirable.
