Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement organisational development initiatives to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies for leadership development and succession planning.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organisational effectiveness.
• Analyse and improve organisational structures, processes, and culture to foster a high-performance environment.
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.

Requirements:

• CIPD or FCIPD certification is essential.
• Proven experience in L&D, change management, building capability, and leadership development.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
