Head of Balance Sheet and ALM

We're looking for an experienced leader to join a leading UK Insurer on their Financial Risk team. You will oversee the company's balance sheets, asset-liability management (ALM), and financial risks, helping shape the long-term financial strategy.

You will lead a high-performing team, provide advice on key business decisions, and make complex financial concepts simple for stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Qualified actuary with strong knowledge of life insurance, annuities, and BPAs

• Experience in balance sheet and capital modelling, ALM, liquidity, and solvency

• Knowledge of Solvency UK, IFRS 17, and UK GAAP

• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
